HOW DO WE CLEAN YOUR GUEST ROOM?
Our room cleaning protocol begins with our team removing all used items such as bed linen and towels from the room. Our team then performs detailed room and bathroom cleaning: sweeping carpets, wiping floors and wiping all surfaces with hospital cleaners.
After these treatments, an extra disinfection is applied for different surfaces in the room, including all buttons and electronic control panels, door handles, master bathroom surfaces and remote controls, using reliable disinfectant products.

After the room is thoroughly cleaned, towels are placed and the bed is made ready with freshly washed bed linen. Finally, after it is checked and approved that it is prepared in accordance with Stay Safe standards, the Stay Safe Room Seal is attached to the door. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be sure that your room is clean and ready for your stay.
HOW DO WE KEEP OUR COMMON AREAS CLEAN?
For the use of our guests, we have prepared special disinfection stations where they can provide disinfection wipes and hand disinfectants. In addition, both common areas and special areas allocated to our team members; Common areas with frequent contact such as bathrooms are cleaned regularly, once an hour.
